Booking Policy

• All appointments must be booked online through our website.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid at the appointment.

• If you're running late, please notify us. A 15-minute grace period is allowed before the appointment may be cancelled.
   

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

• No-shows may be restricted from future bookings.
   

Hair Preparation

• Please arrive with your hair washed, product-free, and detangled, unless you have added a wash service to your booking.

• For braiding services, an extra fee may apply for detangling or prepping the hair if it is not ready for styling.
   

Refunds & Returns

• Hair services are non-refundable once completed. If you’re unhappy, please raise concerns during the appointment.

• Products can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
   

Health & Safety

• Clients with scalp infections or contagious conditions will not be serviced for health and hygiene reasons.

• Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

• We maintain a clean, sanitized environment in line with UK health standards.
   

Children & Guests

• We kindly request that you do not bring extra guests or children unless they are receiving a service, to ensure a calm and focused environment.
   

Product Orders & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard UK delivery services.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

• We are not responsible for delays due to courier services.
